The terms for using the Rohmora website and platform. Last updated July 2026.
These terms govern your use of the Rohmora website and, where you have a subscription, the Rohmora platform. By using either, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
Rohmora is a living commerce platform for furniture and interior brands, covering catalog, inventory, CRM, quotes, project planning, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the rights to use.
- Use the service in line with applicable laws.
Your data
You keep ownership of the business data you put into Rohmora. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as set out in your order or agreement. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. We will give reasonable notice of any pricing change.
Intellectual property
Rohmora, including the software, design, and content on this site, is owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination you can request an export of your data within a reasonable window.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. The governing law and venue are as stated in your agreement, or otherwise the jurisdiction in which Rohmora operates.
